Leamington Round Table Raises Thousands For Good Causes

Regency 10k Run - Raising Money for Good Causes

Last weekend over 2,500 runners took on the Wright Hassall Regency 10k run.

Founded in 2004, this event is organised by volunteers from Leamington Round Table, and supported by Spa Striders and other local groups such as 41 Club and Kids Run Free. This years event raised thousands of pounds for local good causes and over £350,000 has been raised to date.

Running costs are generously supported by their title sponsor, Wright Hassall - a leading local law firm. Proceeds are used to help local good causes such as the homeless, community youth groups and school projects.

The race was won by 27 year old Adam Peacock and the first female was Natalie Bhangal from Leamington.

Leamington Round Table Chairman, Gary Craine thanked all the runners, sponsors and volunteers for supporting the event that has become one of Leamington Round Table’s major calendar events.
